Won myself a IPod Charger..

Today is Sunday.. Its our usual Pool game at Klassic.. But this time.. i went down at 11am.. Cos baby having her National Development Team training at 10am.. till 12noon.. So I went down early to train 1st b4 playing with her... This time after her training.. she taught me some shots that i can train and use... after that we played a game Race to 7.. initially there was no motivation.. as we are just playing for fun @ no stake. I was so sloppy.. Then our friend keith at the table beside us told me to handicap her 3 games, so i am more motivated to play better and win her.. as she is also very good now.. therefore we restart the game and settle for a stake. If i win, i get a Ipod charger that i needed.. She wins, i got to buy her something of the equivalent value..
And the result is...........: Ipod Touch Travel Charger in my Hands.. haha (Thanks Baby)..

Busy Saturday...

It was a busy weekend..Got my itouch..(cant wait to play with it).. After that we went for movie @ GV Marina.. We caught "You don't mess with the Zohan".

It was a funny movie. Just go into the cinema and laugh ur heart out... dun tink too much about logic and stuff.. its all nonsense.. thats y its funny..After the movie we did some shopping and i bought myself a jeans that i needed badly from TOPMAN.. as all my jeans are either torn or too tight.. haha..

When i got home, i was so excited to open up the Itouch to charge and play with it.. BUT... inside the BOX, there is no charger, but a USB cable that can plug into computer and use my comp to charge it.. I was told to charge for 8hrs for the 1st time.. So they expect me to on my computer and charge the Ipod for 8hrs? thats crazy.. so i cant play with it.. So i planned to go SIM LIM to buy charger, leather case, screen protector on Sunday..

Friday evening's race against time..

What a packed friday evening i had... After work (5.30pm) I went home,
stepping indoors (6.45pm), immediately I drove to pick up Baby and her Family (7.25pm). I was caught in a Heavy Jam, it started from AMK AVE 3 till CTE(PIE) Exit.. OMG !! I am already mentally drained from the work and now i muz fully conc. on the fluctuating road conditions... I hate it... Picking them up, we proceed to JUMBO @ SERANGOON GARDENS (8pm), its Baby's cousin's Birthday.. We had a great dinner with good food in the VIP room equiped with KTV.... The crabs, fried youtiao, yam scallop and many many more.. however.. when we were bored.. this happens..

The dinner continued till about 10.15pm.. And I have another place to go... MY MUM is coming back from GENTINGS.. and i am suppose to be at YEW TEE MRT to pick her up at 10.30pm... But I cant possibly leave baby and her family behind and drive away... I am not so irresponsible.. I tink its my duty to send them home.. thou i am very behind time.. therefore i msg my mum asking her whether she reached singapore already.. She replied saying she was at the custom, so i quickly send them back.. When i reached baby's house, my mum msged saying she had already reached YEW TEE MRT (10.40pm).. At that moment i am already feeling very bad.. I cant stand bad planning.. everything is not going smoothly.. delays here and there... So in order not to let my mum wait for so long.. i drove like a mad man.. from Boon Keng to Yew Tee.. thats freaking far.. My average speed was like 130-140Km/Hr along the expressway.. I cut cars like i had never did b4.. I was crazy.. I reached Yew Tee MRT before 11pm.. My mum was shocked, she never expected me to reach so quickly.. I told her i sped.. And after that was a earful of "not to do this again, you are playing with life"... it lasted thru the journey home.. Of course, after that i felt i had lucky stars watching over me.. If there was TP along the way, I am sure to get a heavy FINE.. and points deducted.. Thank God.. This shows when one is not in a clear state of mind.. One does crazy things...

PC SHOW 2008..

Went to PC SHOW with Ming Fong and Wenjun.. I need to buy a desktop, cos the one my siblings are using has R.I.P... So to save cab fare, I drove to Suntec, upon reaching I saw this Electronic Sign showing the No. of Available parking lots in SUNTEC is about 340, so i felt lucky.. initially i tot i have to park at marina and walk over.. as i expected the car park at suntec would be full.. so down to the basement 2 of the carpark.. i realized i was tricked by that electronic sign.. it muz be faulty.. the whole carpark is full.. lots of other cars like me are waiting for a slot or rather fighting for 1. I felt so cheated.. i should have just parked at MArina!.. In the end i parked at some reserved slot, hoping that the owner of this slot will not appear, else my car sure get clamped.. It took me 25mins to get that slot.. so i din care so much.. cos my frens are waiting..

Anyway, the SHOW was as usually packed with people... we got to squeeze from place to place.. I went to recce around for the best offer for my desktop... And sure did i went to Canon booth to look at cameras.. i want to get 1... BUT NO $$.. haiy... shall save up..
After walking around i came across courts booth.. which is having the best offer. giving freebies like printer, anti-virus, and 2nd and 3rd Year warranty.. which made me decided to buy that Acer Desktop.

At home, i fixed up the CPU.. and my siblings agreed to use their old Lcd Monitor, therefore I gladly use their ACER 19" Crystal Bright monitor.. HAHA.. I connect it to my laptop, therefore i will be using the Monitor as a external output screen. I feel so good looking at that big screen.. everything is so bright and clear.. unlike my default IBM MATT screen!...

Hanabi @ ODEAN TOWERS

Its friday.. Wenjun, Baby and Me went to Hanabi for our long-awaited Japanese Ala-Carte Buffet... We love their free flow sashimi.. Its so fresh and yummy..


This is just a small serving that we had.. In total we ordered at least 6-7 servings of salmon, tuna, tako... and many more..
Enjoyed the evening so much.. Chat alot with Wenjun for the 1st time.. Not craps.. serious stuff. Haha..

Fun evening..

Today is Fri.. After the 1st week in this job, i am glad that i joined my UNI frens to work @ SIM. Thou the pay is quite low, 6/hr.. I get total freedom.. we work in a seminar room packing next semester's course material notes for SIM students. The supervisor is great, he dun care much about us, as long we do our job. He even brought a radio for us when the computer can stream online radio.... So i really do enjoy working with this group of people.. Hope the rest of this vacation job will be fun, b4 i go for IA on 7th July..

Since its fri, activities lined up for me and baby... After work i met her at Samantha's Saloon for our monthly haircut.. haha.. high maintenance.. cos my hair grows damn fast!.. We were done by 9pm.. then proceed to my house.. Rest awhile and off we went to AMK Hub to catch a Movie.. " Kung Fu Panda"

The movie was quite interesting.. Great computer graphics.. everything looks so virtual..

Ups and Downs...

Yesterday was the release of my IA allocation result. Thou the interview wasn't very smooth to me that day. Therefore, i did not got the project that i interviewed for, however there was another project that was offered to me. I accepted, and so i got into ICES. HAPPY....:)

Today was the release of my EXAM results... and it was a disappointment... Thou i scored B- for THERMO which i deemed to fail after doing the exam.. but there are 2 modules which after doing i felt confidence in that paper.. however, i scored damn bad for it.. I am really very disappointed.. after studying like day and night for almost 1 month.. My frens around me all did well. Happy for them.. muz consult them about study techniques le.. :(
think my first step is to do TUTORIALS... which i have never done b4... thru all sems..

So the past 2 days was quite extreme.. HAPPY like crazy.. then sadness with indescribable
emotions... However, at least i got the Company of my choice, thats where i will be for the next SEM. I shall work hard and learn from my supervisor.. hope to get A for IA..

High in vacation activities.. Low in Moolahs.

Its been 1 month now after my exams... After lots of Sentosa trips, pool games with baby, slacking at home playing my psp, eventually all my money is used up. Therefore i need to work to fill my miserable bank account balance. Anyway, got a job as some study materials packer @ SIM. Not sure what its all about. It'll be fun cause i am working with my UNI frens...
