RoadTrip..

No, its not an itinerary. Its a device which I UNWILLINGLY invested.. (Someone should know y.. haha). Cos it cost $199.. A freaking expensive device to broadcast my Iphone's music to my car's audio system wirelessly. Initially thinking that it can at least play youtube, so that baby can watch her "POOL" vidz while i drive.. But it CAN'T !! It only broadcasts the audio of the youtube vid, but on the screen its blank. It not a malfunction.. Its for the driver's safety, so that drivers dun get distracted! OMG!!
This definitely is in the TOP of my list of "WORST PURCHASE" .. Not only it does not play video, the wireless transmission of the audio sucks too. Lots of static.. as Singapore 's FM stations are VERY POPULATED. I could not get a channel w/o interference..! Will keep trying.. I believe i will find one..

December.. 2009

For the past few months i was so busy with my curriculum.. hence, no updates. And i realized i only update when ever I'm on vacation. Thanks for NTU... It was again another hectic semester.. But its all over.. Next semester will be my final one.. and it will be working life thereafter.. Haiy.. I reckon i will be "lost" for awhile after graduation.. Anyway.. thats still 6months away.. till then.. haha.. enjoy!! 

At last.. I bought the Iphone which most ppl would like to have a "bite" of this apple product. Its really cool.. And of course, i jailbreak it.. with that i have access to a world of unlimited applications. Cool..

Recently, my mum bought herself a Suzuki Swift.. Which i felt that they really cared very much for me.. Why is this so? Cos the reason for buying this additional car was that they think after my graduation next year I will definitely need a car, hence I can drive to work. So, the Nissan is officially my car now, and i have to maintain it... But it really  made me more efficient when going sch now. as taking mrt it will take 1.5hr compared to driving only 25min with traffic. I really thank them for this.. 

Singapore GP 2009..

Its the Formula One weekend.. and we were there on the Raceday.. We walk ard abit as we entered the circuit park quite early, ard 4pm. Hence avoided the crowd, who came in later at ard 6plus.. The circuit park was fill with stalls selling F1 merchandise, all damn expensive.. Even the food are expensive; Fried Hokkien Mee for 8bucks! 4 Roll of Popiah for 11 bucks! Crazy... But baby manage to buy an ice-cream for 1 buck in this circuit park!.. Overall, it was quite interesting, but got bored after awhile.. haha.. we are just inside the loop where F1 cars literally scream pass u.. thats all..

This came in a normal postage, that my dad just throw on the bed thinking that it was some advertisements from Singtel. But, when my mum opened the postage, it was a PAIR of Bay Grandstand Tickets (worth $596) for all 3 days to the Singapore Night Race!!

I was stunned for awhile when she shouted, "Got F1 tickets lei...!" I ignored her... I was thinking how can we suddenly win F1 tickets when we did not even join any lucky draw etc.. However, it was my sis who bought her new phone online using my mum's account got her a chance to join the lucky draw for these tickets.. And she din even know! So without expectations or hope... We won.. HAHA...

Of course, sharing it "equally" among us.. I got to go on Sunday with Baby..The raceday.. Can't wait..

This day, Gina invited everyone to her house for a "Yong Tau Fu Session".. She personally home-made every dish. Not those that u will ever ever get to eat outside. Because its too troublesome.. The fillings itself is made of 8 ingredients, diced and minced to small pieces... Oh ya, not to mention, It vegetarian.. When i was eating i already forgot that it was vegetarian, cos just taste so nice.. I ate lots of "fried wanton" and "bittergourd"..

A Birthday Party to look forward..

Finally, after so many years of online balloting.. ONE member of my family got it!! when all of us joined the online balloting..! That person is my brother.. haha..
He is not interested.. therefore, with 4 preview tickets; baby, me, sis, sis fren will go for it then.. haha.. It will be the 1st time baby go for NDP.. As for me, i use to go every year when the tickets are distributed by QUEUEING overnight at those army camps.. Its quite fun as most of my secondary sch frens will gather and queue together.. we would get number of tickets enough to distribute to entire class or frens.. (4 preview tickets/person at that time). Thou is preview, but it will be as good la... Can't wait to re live the feeling of an "LIVE" NDP.. not viewing through a "panel"...

Happy Father's Day

This father's day, my dad is back from indonesia.. so we can celebrate with him.. which usually we just sent a card over to him.. My mum wanted to eat Sakura @ Tampines Safra.. and of course dad is fine with it.. Hence, we spent our father's day lunch at Sakura. I tink i need not talk much about the food, cos its not nice at all.. ha.. but its a wonderful lunch, we talked and joked.. Dad expressed that he most probably will not continue to stay in indonesia after contracts ends.. He wants to be home already.. its tough staying alone in the apartment, esp when he is sick.. noone can take care of him, but himself. So he will quit this position, since there are offers for him in singapore.. Dad still wants me and baby go plan about getting a House le.. apply as soon as possible, after we have our plans let him know.. Is he trying to get me out of the house asap?? ahaa.. oh ya, we bought him a G2000 Black label shirt and a card.

Time for a good rest...

Finally having time to blog...This semester was a really busy one... Assignments, Projects, Quizzes.. all storming in, making all of us no time for a breather. But still, its all over.. Hope i do well for my exams.. which i did work harder this time round.. However, during my revision weeks.. My little fren does not fail to disturb me...
