3rd of June.. We were both so excited to collect the keys, we reached HDB hub at around 0840 when our appointment was at 0910. We waited almost 10months for this day to come.. And being the paranoid me always keep thinking" what if they say our OTP (Option to Purchase) has expired and we no longer can purchase the house.." because our OTP has expired 1 week ago when we collected keys and they assured us that t will be extended for us as we are collecting out key only when our AHG is granted. Btw, we were granted $20,000 additional housing grant (AHG). Which lighten our burden for the 10% 1st payment.. haha...
At 2pm that day we were gathered under Blk 213A Compassvale Lane to open our door with our geomancer.
